Your financial information does not reach us and it is only handled by your bank and the secure and confidential payment gate. We only have the data that you provide us with when registering with us.

When you register with us you have access to your own account where you can check your history, your current orders and other documents as well as downloads.. Your account and password are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any error, use or manipulation by you or third party that could occur in your account. We reserve the right to delete your account without notice.

Should the need arise to elevate our communications to a lawful status, everyone agrees to use sworn affidavits in the presence of a notary, explaining our understandings and points of conflict. This document has legal value under a court of law and makes use of the power that human beings can handle their matters individually and privately. In case we are unable to resolve the problem amicably and one party wishes to go to a court of law, all parties agree to go to a trully civil court jursidiction in Spain and never de facto court.

About Items

We are making Orgonite by hand very carefully each and every piece. Each one is unique on its own and we always take good care that they are made perfectly and that will work efficiently. We will never we will send a piece which we are not satisfied with and it has to pass 2 conditions. One is that it must work as it is supposed to as Orgonite does and secondly it must look good without defects on the artistic side of things. If we aren t happy about a piece we simply will not deliver it. As for the Terminator Zapper we take good care to test every unit twice so we know it is working properly. For all those reason we do not offer any refunds on any items.

Please do allow from 3 to 20 days to make your order always depending on the work load at the time of your order. We are happy always to provide people with their orders as fast as we can but the nature of our work doesn t allow it.
